Our journey began in 1979, by Mr. Dukhiram Maurya who laid the foundation of our company. While he left for his heavenly abode in 2002, his commanding spirit and internationally acclaimed expertise in steel and Refractory work continues to inspire our every endeavour.
With a legacy spanning over four decades, we are the most experienced and reliable company in this industry, setting new standards of quality in the industry which we accomplished by our team of mechanical & Ceramic engineers paired with a qualified and organised ground crew.

Established in 1979, before the invention of internet by the visionary Mr. Dukhiram Maurya, whose unparalleled expertise in Refractory Lining made us international acclaim, Our breakthrough was in collaboration with industry titans like L&T, SORG and HORN Glass, Germany and Pragati glass. Our performance became a testament to why Dukhiram soon became set the standard for quality in the industry.

Company History
- Company founded by Mr. Dukhiram himself and registered the company in name of Dukhiram Maurya Engineering & Refractory Works (I) Pvt Ltd.
- Break through: 1st “SORG” Furnace, 75 TPD for Universal Glass, Delhi.
- Installation of 125 & 110 TPD furnace, MCBL Pondicherry.
- Furnace installation for Alembic glass industry, Neutral glass (Gerreshiemer), Vitrum and Borosil Glass .
- Installed India’s largest Container Glass Plant of Larsen & Toubro 320 TPD, Nashik, HORN design.
- New Installation for Haryana Sheet Glass Ltd of 150 TPD.
- Green field Installation of Gujarat Glass’s 230 TPD Furnace in 1998 at Jambusar, Vadodara.
- Dukhiram got associated with SCHOTT Glass India Pvt Ltd. in 2000 with installation of their Furnace and continued till date.
- Rebuild of Indo Asahi Glass Ltd. 220 TPD Furnace in Ranchi, 2003.
- Association with AGI Greenpac, with installation of their 210 TPD Furnace at Hyderabad in 2004.
- In continuation with AGI, Dukhiram Installed two new Furnaces of 425 TPD each at Bhongir Site in 2009 & 2012.
- We have been providing repair & maintenance services to Sisecam Flat Glass India since 2013 for Overcoating and maintenance.
- Association with La Opala RG Ltd with installation of their 1st Furnace in 2007.
- Dukhiram has been providing services to Hopewell Tableware, Jaipur since 2013.
- Dukhiram Installed Steels, Ductings and Refractories for 550 TPD Sejal Float Glass Furnace in 2010 at Jhagadia, Bharuch.
- Installation of Borosil Group’s 180 TPD & 210 TPD Solar Glass Furnaces.
- Dukhiram got acknowledged world over after installation of dual Green Field Glass Furnaces of 125 m² each for CANPACK India, Aurangabad in 2013 & 2014 respectively.
- Dukhiram has been a reliable service provider to Asahi India Glass Ltd for Cold Repair & Major Hot Repairs – Online Replacement of Regenerator Checkers, Division walls and Overcoating etc.
- Dukhiram executed, Rebuild and Hot Repair for Nipro Pharma Packaging, Meerut and SGD Pharma India Ltd.
- Dukhiram has been providing Major Hot Repair services to Gujarat Guardian, Ankleshwar, Gujarat – Overcoating of all Ports.
- Overcoating, Online checker replacement, division wall repair work for Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd.
- Installation of Green Field 154 TPD Cosmetic Glass Furnace for AGI Greenpac, Bhongir. Also carried out Online Checker Replacement work at Hyderabad.
- Demolition of Float glass furnace, Saint Gobain Pvt Ltd. Chennai.
- Hot repair services, Online replacement of checker for Saint Gobain Float glass and AGI Greenpac (August and October 2022).
- Turn key installation of Vishakha Solar Glass Furnace - 600 TPD Cross fired furnace.
- Rebuild of Furnace, Alembic Glass Industries, Gujarat.
- Cold repair of Furnace, Cello glass industries in Vapi and
- Partial rebuild of Gerresheimer (Neutral glass).
