Dukhiram Maurya Engineering & Refractory Works (I) Pvt. Ltd. have under taken and completed Online Regenerator checker and crown replacement for Haldyn Glass’s end fired furnace, at Gavasad plant. The entire project was executed with remarkable speed, concluding all primary works within a mere 15 days, A staggering 12 days ahead of schedule. This swift work pace has significantly contributed Haldyn’s ability to resume production ahead of schedule.
The scope of work involved demolition & evacuation of Regenerator checkers from both chambers and replacement with new chimney blocks, followed by replacement of Regenerator Crown for both ports.
All activities were completed while keeping the furnace in hot condition and well before schedule, this swift pace of work contributed positively towards Haldyn’s ability to resume production at maximum capacity ahead of schedule.
